Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Department for Law and Management at Indore Institute Of Law. The role involves overseeing the department, providing leadership, managing academic programs, curriculum development, and ensuring the quality of legal education. The Head of Department will also be responsible for promoting corporate governance, intellectual property rights, and legal advice within the department.

Qualifications

The Candidate must be an Associate Professor with minimum 10 years of Teaching experience.

Law and Legal Advice skills
Corporate Governance expertise
Knowledge of Intellectual Property and Patent Law
Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and academic leadership
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor and guide faculty and students
Relevant advanced degree in Law or Management
Must have done extensive Reserch in law or Management.
Must have knowledge of NAAC working along with working of various other accreditation and rankings.
The Candidate having shouldered academic responsibilities and allied administrative works will be preferred.
