Haqdarshak Where Every Citizen Matters
In essence, we are bridging the information and access gap between citizens and social security schemes (both government and private) using tech and a network of field agents known as ‘Haqdarshaks’ (who are primarily women).
Our ‘Haqdarshaks’ are extensively trained in both government schemes and the on-field implementation of programmes. They are also trained on how to liaise with government officials and bank officials. For the services they provide, they make a commission which makes them financially independent. On our social media channels, we have featured several stories of women who have not only gained financial agency but also an identity after working with us.
We partner with corporates, CSR departments, philanthropies, family offices, and even government offices to design and implement programs on the field. We have been around for almost 8 years. We are present in more than 24 states. We have unlocked benefits worth over INR19,000 crore* for over 65 lakh Indian citizens*. We have multiple digital portals (including two apps, one for citizens and one for our agents) where we have stored information on government schemes in 11 vernacular languages (currently working on re-skinning these apps).
We are also working on scaling our latest offerings, ‘Yojana Cards’ and ‘Yojana Kendras’. These are set to forever alter how citizens access social protection services in India.

Our field operations focus on service delivery for our clients who are corporates, philanthropies, NGOs and other civil society organizations.

Your Core Role
As Head of Delivery, you will
- Collaborate with the CEO and CXOs in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and business expansion
- Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management and annual operating plan
- Accountable for achieving PAN-India project targets while building a robust system to optimize operational efficiency basis overall project profitability and ensure consistent goal attainment
- Oversee company operations and employee productivity, build a highly inclusive culture where team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met
- Assess and implement improved processes and new technologies, and collaborate with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing data and metrics and establish corrective measures where needed
- Manage budgets, capital investment and expenses to ensure that the company achieves targets on growth, profitability and customer metrics -
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors
- Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Building relationships with financial institutions and leading teams to ensure smooth execution of credit linkage operations
- Expand market presence by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth across key regions
Skillsets and Attitude
- Proven experience/ track record as Head of Operations/Delivery (PAN-India preferred) or in a similar role preferably in the development sector
- Ability to identify and manage partnerships with businesses, ensuring value creation and driving scalable B2B as well as B2C solutions
- Proven track record in managing banking operations, credit products, and financial services would be preferred
- Liasoning experience with Government officials will be a plus
- A results-driven mindset focused on achieving and exceeding defined targets - Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Competence in decision-making and problem-solving
- Readiness to travel extensively ,including to remote locations
- MBA or Masters in a related discipline
