Key Responsibilities
- EPR Audit & Compliance Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of EPR audits and compliance services to ensure client adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations in terms of service delivery.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Experience working in the EPR industry.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
- Master's degree in business administration, Environmental Science, or related field.
