Eklavya India Foundation has been a pioneer in promoting equity in higher education and leadership for marginalized communities for over seven years. As we continue our journey of growth and impact, we are seeking a dedicated Fundraising Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Founder, CEO, Co-Founders and the team to drive initiatives that empower underrepresented Indian communities through higher education, careers, and leadership opportunities.
About the Role:
- Support fundraising plans to secure resources for the foundation’s programs.- Conduct research to identify and engage potential donors.
- Develop proposals and presentations tailored to donor audiences.
- Assist in managing donor relationships through communication and reporting.
- Prepare reports and summaries to showcase the foundation’s achievements.
- Promote inclusive leadership and support marginalized voices.
Key Qualifications
- Experience in fundraising, donor management, and proposal writing.
- Research and analytical skills for identifying funding opportunities.
- Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
- Commitment to Justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Preference for candidates with experience in social impact fundraising.
