Engagement Overview
Ei is seeking young, dynamic, and enthusiastic individuals with computer knowledge, experience of teaching, student data collection, survey, assessment, and/or project implementation of NGO/organization. The role involves visiting schools and communities, interacting with headmasters, teachers, and parents, and conducting pen-paper/digital assessments of students. Ei will provide in-depth training before the assignment.
Responsibilities
• Visiting the assigned government school/community interacting with headmasters and teachers, and conducting student assessments digitally as per the designed protocol.
• Maintaining a good relationship with all teachers, community leaders, and internal team members.
• Finding and handling the field challenges.
• Ensuring the daily assessment target is being met with quality.
• Ensuring that assessment data has been synced on a daily basis.
• Working closely with the project team as and when required.
• Sending the field reports to the project manager daily/as and when asked.
• Candidate may need to travel from one block to another block for student assessment.
Skills
• Candidates should have proficiency in using laptops/tablets or other digital devices.
• Comfortable working with children and creating a supportive environment.
Compensation: Rs.700 per day (Including local conveyance)
Positions: 100 (20 Candidates from each districts)
Location: 5 Districts - Osmanabad, Latur, Nanded, Gadchiroli, Chandrapur
Candidates required from: All blocks of 5 districts - Osmanabad, Latur, Nanded, Gadchiroli, and Chandrapur.
(Candidates must have their own conveyance and be willing to travel to other blocks as per project need).
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
Languages Known: Hindi, and Marathi with Local Language of the district/region.
Experience required: 1-2 years of experience in teaching/ data collection/survey/ assessment
Engagement duration: Between 15-30 days (in the month of Sep.24 – Oct.24) – as per project needs
