EquiLead Launch Event: Leaders Roundtable

We decided to kickstart 2024 and EquiLead's journey in the company of a group of inspiring women leaders from the social impact sector who joined us at a Roundtable to exchange ideas and synergies around accelerating women's leadership. The Leaders' Roundtable was structured as an engaging, fluid, and democratic space for conversations where we garnered crucial insights around key themes on engineering gender-intentional workplaces in social impact organisations and discussed the criticality of building communities of solidarity and collaboration of, by and for women in various phases of leadership journeys.
