ARMMAN
ARMMAN seeks to address the pervasive systemic problems underlying maternal and child mortality and morbidity in India: delay in seeking care, poor accessibility, and quality of care. We adopt a “tech plus touch” approach by leveraging the existing infrastructure and health worker network of the government and partner NGOs, along with the increased access to mobile phones, to improve maternal and child health.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Track programmatic updates, collect information and analyze trends to offer insights for donor reports. Pull together landscape analysis studies, concept notes, presentations, and analytical models.
- Work with the HR & Finance teams to collect and present relevant information from the functions in donor reports.
- Support the fundraising team in tracking fund utilization for donors.
- Produce high quality donor reports with pictorial depictions/graphs/charts etc. customized to donor interests and requirements in a timely fashion.
- Interpret data, spot trends, articulate clearly and present findings in a comprehensive manner to the donor.
- Collate success stories, program results and other outcomes for donors.
- Manage the process and flow of donor reporting and other donor-related matters.
- Maintain a calendar for donor reporting and ensure compliance.
- Analyze donor feedback on reporting and ensure constant improvement.
- Analyze donor reporting approaches in the sector, and incorporate key findings in ARMMAN’s donor reports.
- Support donor analysis via research, development and maintenance of database on new funding sources.
Qualification & Skills:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in the field of business administration, economics, communications, or any similar field.
- 4+ years of experience in public relations, communications and donor relations at the national/ international level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands are key along with being adaptable to changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good editing skills with a attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret complex documents, and communicate information effectively.
- Ability to work effectively in teams.
