Position Overview
The District Coordinator shall be responsible for facilitating support to the District Administration, ensuring coordination and convergence among various departments in the assigned districts and blocks.
Location: Sirohi, Dholpur, Karauli
Roles and Responsibilities
District Coordinator shall be responsible for Assisting District Administration in the following :
- Conducting vulnerability mapping and linking vulnerable children / families with social welfare schemes of the central and state government.
- Effective functioning of systems/institutions in place.
- Protection and rehabilitation of children from various forms of exploitation such as child marriage , child traffiking, child labour, CSA etc .
- Organizing capacity building workshops for stakeholders responsible for child protection.
- Conducting awareness workshops in the district / blocks on child rights.
- Ensuring effective coordination and convergence among departments working on child rights.
- Tracking real-time progress on ADP indicators such as , health & nutrition , education, and child protection.
Requirement
Education
● Graduate( Minimum ) Experience
● 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
● Committed to the cause of working with children.
● Good communication and networking skills
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Note:
Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in the local language(s) spoken in the community.
