Responsibilities:
- Independently execute research project including all aspects from design, implementation to analysis and writing.
- Co-ordinate with the implementation team to design project specific M&E plans.
- Design and conduct evaluation studies.
- Provide inputs to the implementation team for the analysis and application of monitoring data.
- Training of field staff , data entry and editing personnel and junior research staff.
- Analysis of research and program data.
- Writing reports, policy briefs, research articles.
Requirements:
- M.Phil or Ph.D
- Proficiency in MS Office, social media , internet applications and data analysis packages (SPSS or STATA)
- 12+ years in public health research or social science research
- Must have independently undertaken quantitative and qualitative research.
- Should have the ability to write research reports and articles.
