Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Director of Skill Development Institute located in Chalakkudy. The role involves leading the strategic direction of the Skill Development Institute, overseeing key day-to-day operations, implementing programs to enhance students' skills and employability, and fostering partnerships with industry stakeholders. As the person in charge of the project you will be reporting directly to the management and should be able take full responsibility in implementing the vision effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience in education or skill development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead the design and implementation of skill development programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with students, faculty, and industry partners.
- Knowledge of current trends in skill development and vocational training.
