Director - School of Management, you will be responsible for providing leadership, administering academic programs, setting high standards of overall education, and being the face of the institute.

What you will do:

1. Overseeing all the activities to ensure educational goals are met
2. Exhibiting innovative leadership through creativity and engagement with the evolving business environment.
3. Guiding the financial team to responsibly handle expenditures and budgeting
4. Heading the annual meetings to structure the academic calendrer and ensure execution to conform academic success.
5. Fostering relationships with relevant organizations and other educational institutes.
6. Providing strategic direction for the business school in alignment with its mission and values.
7. Formulating and implementing a strategy that will enhance the value and reputation of the institution.
8. Organizing, planning, and setting priorities for allocation of resources.
9. Building strong relationships with the business community

Desired Profile:

1. 15 to 20 years of experience in the field of education management
2. Phd degree in management from a reputed institute
3. Work experience in a business school as a dean, director, senior professor, placement head or have background of CHRO
4. Highly effective communicator in writing and speaking
5. Excellent command over written and spoken English
6. An in depth understanding of P&L responsibilities of an education institute
