Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director/CEO and Training and Placement Officers at Indore Institute Of Law in Indore. The Director/CEO will be responsible for overall management and strategic direction of the institution. The Training and Placement Officers will be responsible for campus placement, college recruiting, and enhancing students' soft skills through training programs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Soft Skills
- Experience in Campus Placement and College Recruiting
- Training expertise in areas such as professional development
- Knowledge of legal education and industry trends
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or related field
- Certifications in Training or Education Management
CTC
CEO : 8 to 10 Lakhs
T & P : 6 to 8 Lakhs
Preferences will be given to candidates with minimum experience of 5 years at any reputed Educational institution.
