P4i leverages evidence-based research to guide program implementation and drive socio-economic, health, and environmental reforms. The organization fosters sustainable solutions by bridging the gap between partners, governments, investors, and organizations.

P4i’s Knowledge Exchange Platform, Voices for Impact (V4i), transforms data and evidence into actionable insights through sustained dialogues like panel discussions, podcasts, blogs, and policy papers.

Role Overview:


The Digital Media Consultant will play a key role in scaling P4i’s digital media presence, creating engaging multimedia content, and driving impactful social media campaigns. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about social and developmental challenges in India, with expertise in content creation, social media management, and graphic design.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Digital Media Planning:
    • Develop and implement strategies to expand P4i's digital presence.
    • Engage key audiences in the development sector.
  2. Content Strategy and Planning:
    • Collaborate with the team to create a structured content calendar.
    • Plan and schedule posts, campaigns, and initiatives.
  3. Content Development and Creation:
    • Craft compelling posts for social media and digital platforms.
    • Develop narrative-driven and engaging short-form content like reels and videos.
  4. Multimedia Content Design and Editing:
    • Create high-quality infographics, reels, videos, and interactive posts.
    • Align content with P4i’s branding guidelines.
  5. Podcast Strategy and Development:
    • Support the development of podcast series, including scripting and production.
    • Promote episodes through engaging campaigns.
  6. Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
    • Track campaign performance metrics and audience insights.
    • Stay updated with social media trends to refine strategies.
  7. Community Engagement:
    • Respond to queries and engage with followers.
    • Build and manage online communities.
  8. Training and Capacity Building:
    • Train the P4i team in digital media strategies and tools.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
  • Expertise in scaling digital media for social impact organizations.
  • Experience with podcast production and short video creation.
  • Strong communication, data analysis, and creative skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools like HubSpot, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite.
