About the Role:
We are looking for a Data Field Officer to play a key role in leveraging data to drive systemic and policy-level change. This position involves gathering, managing, and analyzing field data to support our child protection efforts. Your work will directly influence local government and community initiatives aimed at protecting children in dangerous situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative data collection from the field.
- Collate data sets across themes and locations by coordinating with Program Associates.
- Prepare qualitative reports and updates based on collected data.
- Train women volunteers on mobile apps and digital tools for data collection.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing large and multiple datasets.
- Experience with digital tools such as apps, Google Sheets, and survey platforms.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Effective communication skills, with fluency in English and the local language.
- A Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the development sector.
