Key Responsibilities
- Understanding the Rang De model, our platform, features and use cases and using the information to support all relevant stakeholders
- Support activities for Rang De social investors doing payments through the platform
- Responding to social investors in real-time over our chat and phone support lines
- Responding to inquires over email
Qualifications
- Freshers and those with 1-2 years of experience in customer support.
