About the job role

We are hiring a CSR Process Associate to join our team in Jaipur. The candidate will work with the AU Foundation to support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, ensuring effective grant and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed reports on CSR activities, utilization, and payments.
2. Support partner onboarding and manage CSR partner relations for grant management.
3. Ensure timely booking of advance payments in coordination with internal control and accounts payable teams.
4. Maintain a comprehensive record of CSR budgeted payments versus actuals.
5. Conduct visits to CSR projects to support program execution.
6. Oversee AU Foundation-related expenses and assist in preparing quarterly UC (Utilization Certificates) with auditors and accounts teams.
7. Work collaboratively with the accounts team for payment processing.
8. Ensure compliance with CSR-related finance and management guidelines.
