The AIM Foundation is a leading nonprofit organization committed to driving positive social change through innovative programs and partnerships. We are seeking a passionate and experienced CSR Manager to join our team and lead our corporate social responsibility initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated to making a difference and has a strong understanding of the intersection between business and social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement CSR strategies and programs aligned with the Foundation's mission and the interests of corporate partners.
• Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate partners, stakeholders, and community organizations to support and expand CSR initiatives.
• Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of CSR projects, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Budgeting and Reporting: Manage CSR budgets and prepare detailed reports on the outcomes and effectiveness of CSR activities.
• Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to engage employees in CSR activities, including volunteer programs and awareness campaigns.
• Communications: Promote CSR programs through various channels, including social media, press releases, and events, to enhance the visibility and reputation of the Foundation.
• Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all CSR activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and stay informed of emerging trends and best practices in CSR.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing successful CSR programs.
• Education: A degree in business, social sciences, sustainability, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Skills: Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical Ability: Proficiency in evaluating and measuring the impact of CSR initiatives.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams and partners.
