Role Overview
- Develop and implement the organization's strategic plan to enhance public health initiatives.
- Provide visionary leadership to ensure the NGO's mission aligns with community needs and global health trends.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure effective program delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
- Develop and manage the annual budget; ensure financial sustainability through diverse funding streams.
- Lead fundraising efforts to secure grants, donations, and sponsorships.
- Work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure governance, policy compliance, and strategic oversight.
