Role Overview
The Chapter Manager will ensure smooth chapter operations, drive member engagement, and support leadership transitions. This role involves event management, strategic planning, and collaboration with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure continuity during leadership transitions.
- Manage chapter operations, including events, member directory, newsletters, and the website.
- Budgeting, logistics, and vendor management for events.
- Implement growth strategies.
- Coordinate council meetings, document minutes, and track follow-ups.
- Foster cross-chapter collaboration and best practices sharing.
- Engage with council chairs for strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with executives, finance teams, and the General Manager.
- Support branding and design efforts for a premium online presence.
- Execute impactful marketing strategies to enhance global visibility.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 4-5 years of experience with senior leadership teams.
- Strong interpersonal, marketing, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Canva, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and other basic tools.
- Experience in large-scale event management.
- Flexible and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to build and manage relationships effectively.
- Fluency in English.
