Job Brief
Responsible for handling various international partners and developing partnerships. Designing outreach programs for creating them with the partners to scale up various programs. Coordinating with the internal teams to develop strategies for scaling up various programs by vertically matching them to the international partners. Co-creating events with international partners and various verticals of EnAble India.
About the Team
The team works to develop strategic partnerships with the international partners. This helps to support the Indian disability ecosystem. Manage DISH the AI-based platform to identify assistive solutions. Various international stakeholders need to be managed and collaborated with for this program. Discovery Awards program where grassroots innovators from the world are recognized for their innovations on international platforms. 43 country partners from various continents need to be managed. Scaling Solutions Programme which would help three outstanding innovative programs to get mentored and scale up from India to the world. Start-up mentoring program-Indian start-ups working on assistive solutions are mentored and developed for global exposure for their sustainability. Additionally, other international collaborations that align with the thought of innovation in the disability sector are taken up and developed.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Making a project plan foreseeing the work that has to be completed every six months.
- Bridging the partners developed internationally and connecting to the internal team which is relevant for the proposed work.
- Cocreation and co-curation of the Project emerging from the present-day work.
- Developing and managing international events with the support of the team.
- Documentation and process orientation for the vertical

Interests and Skills
Working with ambiguity. Proficient in English communication. Efficient in communication with external stakeholders coming from diverse backgrounds. Prepared to travel locally or internationally. Open to gathering knowledge from other sources to complete any task. Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Basic level content writing for social media. Developing concept notes. Basic understanding of multicultural and multilingualism of India and the world.
