Kshetra Foundation for Delivery
About the organization
Kshetra Foundation for Dialogue aims to develop a societal muscle for dialogue based on a practice framework called the Dialogic Method - a concrete, skill-based approach, which draws on multiple disciplines including mediation, cognitive psychology, behavioural change and systems thinking to help varied end-users harness dialogue towards different purposes, all with the goal of creating sustainable outcomes.
Kshetra currently works along multiple integrated verticals, which range in scope from building individual, community, and organisational capacity for dialogue to helping curate spaces that foster dialogic behaviours (and therefore, dialogic outcomes) and creating a culture and language where dialogue is a default societal response.
