Associate Coordinator

Are you passionate about social change?

Mobilise youth participation and implement systems for effective programme execution.
Support in designing, organising, and executing workshops, exposure trips, volunteer placements, and events.
Ensure review, documentation, and circulation of programme-related information.
Participate in organisational trainings, reviews, planning exercises, meetings, and retreats.
Co-manage team and programme processes including reviews, finance, mobilisation, databases, logistics, documentation, and reports.
Represent Pravah at different fora and engage in other organisational processes.
Foster interpersonal relationships and connections within Pravah.
Engage in training and facilitation across other interventions within Pravah.
Work closely with the Programme Coordinator to adhere to internal processes and execute operational systems.

A postgraduate or graduate degree with 0.5-2 years of work experience.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in design software (such as Canva, PowerPoint, Mind Map) and computer skills (Microsoft Office) is advantageous.
Ability to think creatively with strong storytelling skills.
A strong commitment to youth leadership, social justice issues, and a passion for leading impactful media campaigns on youth development.
Ability to inspire and be inspired, honor commitments, be proactive in pursuing co-created targets, think outside the box, build relationships, and maintain a willingness to learn.
Capacity to strengthen systems and processes, including managing databases and computer-based communications, while effectively coordinating meetings and events.
Willingness to travel.
Fluency in both English and Hindi.
