What You Will Do
Within our impact consulting vertical, we are committed to revolutionizing how
CSR funds get channeled to achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We
create an impactful nexus of projects with NGOs and CSR organizations, helping both sides deliver transformative projects and be contributors to social good. As
part of our expansion, we are building a robust community of NGOs and
partnering with CSR organizations to make CSR investments more effective in
driving long-lasting change. As the Associate Consultant – CSR, you will play a
pivotal role in ensuring that GCG’s CSR partnerships flourish and drive meaningful outcomes. You will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of GCG’s communication with NGOs and CSR organizations, identifying opportunities, crafting compelling project proposals, and ensuring seamless stakeholder management. You will work closely with CSR partners to understand their needs, identify innovative NGO projects that align with their goals, and assist in steering these projects toward success.
Key Responsibilities:
● Proposal Development: Craft and refine high-quality project proposals
that align with the SDGs and meet the strategic priorities of CSR partners.
● Business Communication: Lead all communications with CSR
organizations and NGOs, ensuring clear, timely, and effective dialogue to
foster strong, trusting relationships.
● Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between CSR
organizations and NGOs, ensuring that both sides work collaboratively to
achieve project goals.
● Report Development: Develop detailed reports on project progress,
impact, and key learnings for both internal and external stakeholders.
● Networking: Support networking efforts with NGOs, CSR organizations,
and other stakeholders to expand GCG’s community and build new
partnerships.

You should also have:
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to take ownership of complex
projects and drive them to completion.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to
influence stakeholders at all levels.
● A keen eye for detail and a passion for developing solutions that are both
creative and effective.
● Experience in proposal development, business communication, or
stakeholder management within the CSR, social sector, or consulting
space.
● A collaborative mindset, with a desire to work closely with cross-functional
teams and external partners.
Eligibility:
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Development Studies, Public Policy,
Business, Economics or related fields.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in a CSR organization
● Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing or managing social
impact projects, or relevant areas
● Minimum 1 year of experience in fundraising or business development
● Strong understanding of CSR policies, SDGs, and the NGO ecosystem.
● Understanding of the local governance system in India
● Having a network in CSR community will be looked forward
● Proven experience in proposal development, grant writing, stakeholder
management, and business communication.
● Excellent writing, data analysis and presentation skills.
● Tech savvy.
