Udayan Care is looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our Skilling & Livelihood Project team as an Assistant Manager - Monitoring & Evaluation.
Location: New Delhi, Head Office.
Qualification: Bachelor in BCA,BBA, B.Tech or Economics
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years experience in the design and implementation of M&E and MISExcellent command to use Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Google tools (Sites, Sheets, Studios)

This critical position involves designing and implementing effective monitoring frameworks, evaluating project outcomes, and ensuring that our skilling and livelihood programs deliver meaningful, measurable impact. Qualifications
- Expertise in Monitoring & Evaluation, with hands-on experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Strong understanding of project evaluation frameworks and tools
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
