About the job role

The HCL Foundation Grant Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating various grant initiatives under the HCL Foundation. The role involves overseeing grant applications, ensuring compliance with foundation guidelines, and liaising with stakeholders to enhance social impact programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the HCL Foundation grant programs, including application reviews and documentation.
2. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of funded projects.
3. Maintain and update grant-related content on official platforms, including the HCL Foundation website.
4. Track and report on grant allocations, ensuring transparency and compliance.
5. Support outreach efforts through social media and promotional materials, including video content.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align grant initiatives with HCL Foundation’s broader CSR goals.
7. Respond to inquiries from grant applicants and provide necessary guidance.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in grant management, CSR initiatives, or non-profit sector project coordination.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in digital platforms, including website management and social media.
• Analytical mindset with attention to compliance and reporting.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information:

• This role may require occasional travel for on-site project assessments.
• Working hours are aligned with the HCL Foundation’s operational schedule.
