About the GROW Program
GROW is DRF’s flagship skill development initiative aimed at empowering young Indians from low-income households. Our GROW centers bridge the gap between the demand and supply of skilled human resources. Through a comprehensive 60-day training program focused on Core Employability Skills such as communicative English, digital literacy, and aptitude, we ensure a significant skill enhancement among trainees. Post-training, we facilitate placement opportunities to help trainees secure meaningful employment.
