About the job role
Samya is looking for an Officer/Asst. Manager – Training and Content to be based out of its New Delhi office. The position reports to the CEO and is expected to assist as well as lead trainings and workshops on gender, rights, diversity & inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in conducting training and workshops.
• Create content including curriculum, and toolkits according to the needs of the clients.
• Tailor content and delivery methods to suit different audiences, ensuring inclusivity and relevance.
• Gather and incorporate feedback to improve training effectiveness.
• Provide progress updates to the supervisor regarding the project.
• Supporting conducting of outreach activities and raising awareness about gender-based issues.
• Support in smooth functioning of programme activities.
• Write blogs and create content for website and other social media platforms.
Skills and Qualification Required:
• Master’s degree in social work or gender studies or equivalent.
• Should have 4-6 years of experience of conducting workshops and training (Gender training desirable).
• Good command of gender, rights and sexuality issues.
• Ability to develop curriculum and instructional design.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in Hindi and English (Ability to speak Bengali or Assamese will be desirable).
• Computer skill is required and must be proficient in using tools of MS Office.
