About Project - Punjab CCI
The project is currently being implemented across five districts of Punjab in six Child Care Institutions (CCIs) for Children in Need of Care and Protection aged 6-18 years and one Home that houses 'Girls in Transition' aged 11-18 years in Jalandhar. The project aims to work through interventions of academic support and art-integrated well-being sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive plan for program research, design, and implementation.
- Build and manage a team of on-field facilitators.
- Document the project through reports, newsletters, and presentations.
- Conduct monitoring visits to sites (Jalandhar, Rajpura, Gurdaspur, Bathinda, Ludhiana) and track progress using M&E methods.
- Manage project financials, prepare budgets, and handle procurement.
- Liaise with external stakeholders (CCI staff, teachers, parents, government bodies).
- Support additional tasks as assigned by the Project Lead.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of project management experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Master's in Social Work, Education, Development Studies, or related field.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English, Punjabi (mandatory), and Hindi.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and analytical abilities.
- Expertise in program, budget management, and M&E.
- Purpose-driven, aligned with organizational values.
