Responsibilities
- Assist client throughout the entire spectrum of ESG services including ESG Strategy, ESG Automation & Reporting etc.
- Assist and contribute to the firm level initiatives, including ESG automation, business development, development of tools & methodologies, support with thought leaderships & POVs etc.
- Client delivery within defined timelines and required quality.
- Adherence to the firms guidelines on risk management, quality of deliverable etc.
Hard Skills
- Knowledge and working experience of ESG frameworks, such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), CSRD, TNFD and other popular global reporting standards.
- Proficient in ESG data analysis, impact assessment, and risk management.
- Strong understanding of relevant ESG regulations, reporting requirements, and emerging trends in different industries.
- Experience in conducting stakeholder engagement and managing ESG communication strategies.
- Relevant knowledge on ESG controls and working experience on ESG assurance engagement or assurance readiness engagements
- Experience in working on sectors like Consumer Markets, Industrial Markets, Financial Sector (Banking) and experience of consulting environment will be an added advantage
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex ESG concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess ESG risks, identify innovative solutions, and drive impactful change.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset to navigate evolving ESG landscapes and address emerging challenges.
- Passion for sustainability and a genuine commitment to making a positive social and environmental impact.
Qualifications
- Any Post Graduation in Environmental Sciences or MBA.
